Technical specifications:

  • Measurement ranges: ±5 nC / ±25 nC / ±100 nC
  • Resolution: 0.0025 nC / 0.013 nC / 0.05 nC
  • Maximum voltage: ±50 V
  • Maximum measurement frequency: 100 kHz (CoachLab II+, WiLab) / 1 MHz (VinciLab 2)
  • Warranty: 3 years

All technical specifications of the sensor are described in the product manual, see downloads.

The Charge sensor is developed for physics experiments in electrostatics such as:

  • Measurement of charge by induction
  • Measurement of charge production and distribution
  • Measurement of charge on a capacitor

The Charge sensor can be directly connected to the analog BT inputs of the CMA interfaces.
Attention: The sensor cable BT – IEEE1394 needed to connect the sensor to an interface is not supplied with the sensor and has to be purchased separately (BTsc_1 or BTsc_1Short).
