What are step-by-step instructions to place an order in the webshop?

  1. Log into the CMA webshop with your credentials.
  2. Select the desired product and quantity and click ‘Add to cart’.
  3. Once you have selected all products, go to you cart using the Cart symbol.
  4. You will see the list of your ordered products. You can still make changes to quantities or remove products. Click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
  5. Check the shipping address and press ‘Place order’. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
  6. The screen provides information on payment. Select the desired payment option.
  7. You will receive a confirmation mail, followed by a final order confirmation with additional information about product availability or delivery.
  8. This final confirmation can be then checked for the correct delivery address, contact names etc. Within 24 hours the order can be changed if needed.
