Make sure you do the following: Download and install the CMA certificate. Update the root certificates of Microsoft and VeriSign. This is usually not necessary if you use a fully updated version of Windows.

The default key is 0000 (four times zero), but this may have been changed by any other user with Author access.
Yes, OS X (10.10 or newer) is supported starting from Coach 7. Note that while the Windows and OS X versions are almost identical, with just a few minor differences.
Any camera that records video at 15 frames per second (fps) or more should suffice. Almost all digital photo camera’s, video camera’s, (buit-in) webcams, high-speed camera’s and most smartphones with video functionality will work.
